Book Review: 'Volcanic Momentum: Get Things Done by Setting Destiny Goals, Mastering the Energy Code, and Never Losing Steam' by Jordan Ring

Volcanic Momentum by Jordan Ring
“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” Martin Luther King Jr.

Health coach/author/nutritionist/book marketing guru Jordan Ring is owner and creator of Fiberguardian.com. He is obsessed with the high fiber diet and is currently in the best shape of his life. He believes in taking action and taking accountability for his own choices, and has made it a life goal to share his ideas with the world. And in addition to health of body, Jordan is equally devoted to mind development: he is the book marketing and launch guru Archangel Ink, a freelance copywriter, writing coach, consultant, and runs a podcast called Freedom-Cast: Leaving Normal Behind.

For those who have benefited from Jordan’s other books then there is no surprise at how jovial and user friendly is his instruction. For example, in his introductory remarks he states, ‘What I’ve realized is that the key to finding success is enjoying the moments along the way. Grasping long-term momentum is often about acceptance of menial tasks and an enduring commitment to seeing your dreams through to the end. Sustained and lasting momentum is found by maximizing the everyday moments and capitalizing on the time you do have…We are going to cover goal setting (specifically in terms of setting Destiny Goals), master the nine strategies to sustained momentum (including how to manage our time), and learn how we can keep on rolling and never lose steam. The exercises in this book will clarify your goals and open up doors to possibilities you never imagined. It will show you that you have the power to change your life nestled deep within. With the tools of Volcanic Momentum you will be able to break free and make a major impact in the lives of others. This book is split into three actionable sections: The first section is all about setting a firm foundation for explosive growth. Together we will bust the neutral myth and discover how easy it can be to set individualized, life-changing goals. Section two dives into the meat of the book, with advice on how to keep up momentum towards your goals. We will learn to master the energy code, create time through priority management, how to invite serendipity, and much more. This part of the book will no doubt beef up your skills in finishing out any goal as quickly and efficiently as possible. In section three I will share encouragement and guide you in how to never again lose steam. The main concept of my approach is to learn to always ask the important questions of yourself and others in order to keep heading in the right direction. Together we will learn how to find our purpose in this one life.’

Rich in inspiration and realistic goals and how to attain them, Jordan’s book is very well distilled in his provided synopsis – ‘Stop dreaming about “someday” and let Volcanic Momentum show you how to tap into unlimited energy and reach your goals now, not later. Jordan Ring shares how you can build a solid foundation for lifelong success with nine powerful momentum strategies. Using these tools, you will never again lose motivation, inspiration, and the drive needed to meet your goals once and for all!. With Destiny Goals, your God-given potential will be reached, and your purpose on this earth made clear to you. We were created for more, reach within and make a change today. In this book you will learn How to find your divine purpose by setting and achieving Destiny Goals, Momentum strategies to keep moving the needle forward regardless of what life throws at you, Tips to leave boredom behind you and cultivate massive personal growth by becoming the best version of you, And much more...If you’re looking for an encouraging and realistic take on everyday struggles, you need this book which shares actionable tips and strategies you can use in your daily life to achieve your full potential. By the end, you will have all the tools you need to change the world and still have fun doing it.’

You will find that exploring each of these strategies will be not only inspirational and challenging but off the ‘I can do that’ attitude. This is a very worthwhile book.
