Book Review: 'White Collar Woman 2' by Nicholas L. Maze

She is happy career-wise, but still hungers for a man.

Nicholas Maze: tag that name now because we're likely to hear much more form him if the success of this first published novel is an indicator. Michigan born Maze attended Baker College, earned his degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Marketing, and a talent for advertising that marked him for a successful career in the business world. He is now based in Atlanta, Georgia. But an old yearning to write persisted and aided by his experience in the suspenseful world of nation-wide security he has decided to follow his dream and concentrate on writing. From the structure of his first book WHITE COLLAR WOMAN it appears he made the right decision! And now with A MAN’S APPETITE , Book 2 of this White Collar Woman series, bears that out.

Nicholas’ writing is more fluid and graceful without eliminating his trademark ability to create confrontational reality scenes. Lots of issues and lots of characters to which we can easily identify and respond,. Nicholas sums up his intent well: ‘Whether you were the Prey or the Predator, we all have experienced the Appetite of a Man in some shape or form. The indescribable connection between a man and woman can lead to a deadly web of lies, deceit, and infidelity. As you enter the lives of multiple relationships, you will find yourself connecting with someone in the story. Were you the one devoted, but was lied to? Or, are you the one playing games and creating ruckus? As we dig deeper, you learn that a (wo)man shares the same appetite. Once these two worlds collide, you experience a story like no other.’

Ncholas Maze, now firmly on the upswing. He remains an author to watch. Grady Harp. February 16
