Book Review: 'Seven Sensuous Days' by Tina Donahue

Logan had gone to the auction to spend some time in the world away from his pain even if it was just for a night. He was not looking for love nor did he ever think he would find it. What he did find was Tessa; one look at her and he longs for so much more. One night will not be enough and before he knows it he has Tessa for seven days. The attraction between them is strong from the very start but is Logan going to regret his impulsiveness or can he let go of his past and grasp his future? Can Tessa love him, flaws and all?
Logan and Tessa’s story pulls on your heartstrings and has you rooting for their love. Tessa is such a sweet woman and truly cares for the men that she sees through the agency. Her time with Logan is no different. Tessa wants him to feel again, to live again. Logan hurts deeply and has built walls around himself but he finds Tessa breaking those walls down without even trying. Her unconditional friendship pulls on something inside him and Logan begins to wish for more than he thinks he can have.
I loved watching the intensity of Logan and Tessa’s emotions throughout their time together. You cannot choose who you fall in love with and the two learn that hard lesson and must make the decision to grab for their happy ever after or continue to live half a life always longing for something. Their story is a wonderful romance that pulls you in right from the start and does not let go until the very last page.
