Pause all that you are doing for a moment. …The second step is SMILE. Just as you might guess, this means to put a SMILE on your face. The act of smiling, even if you don’t feel like it, is very beneficial. This physical act produces lots of positive changes in your physical and mental physiology…. The third step is to BREATHE. With your attention on your BREATH, draw in a deep, long, and steady BREATH through your nose. As you do this, allow your attention to really follow the BREATH. And then the fourth step is to BE. You don’t have to do BEING. A clear sense of BEING will naturally arrive after the breath. For a few moments...simply BE…. In this, you will have access to the meditative moment - Oneness - your True-OneSelf. STOP - pause everything. Then instantly... SMILE - Really SMILE. A big SMILE. Put your full attention on that beautiful SMILE. BREATHE - Put your full attention on following the breath in, then EXHALE. BE - Stay there for 10 seconds.’
